Catherine is definitely not one to want unneeded attention. She didn’t show up with a fashion photographer or Welcome Back Home CR7 signature shirt. I’m not even sure she showed up with the usual 2–3 security and if she did they were also in plain clothes and not surrounding Catherine which would cause people to question who that was. The only reason we know she was there is because there was already press present because they had arrested a suspect, a cop at that. Let’s take a quick look at Catherine. Love her or not (I love her) she is always impeccably dressed and not a hair out of place. Even for fun outside events shes always dressed very nicely but appropriately.
Pretty much where I’m at.I make well above the Welcome Back Home CR7 signature shirt wage per hour working in construction, and the math just doesn’t work out for me regarding home ownership. Why would I break my back and do 60 hours/week so I could barely afford the mortgage on a small home when I could just live with my family? Instead, I work 25ish hours a week which more than covers my share of the bills since the house doesn’t have a mortgage, and leaves me with enough money for some investing and spending. One day I’ll inherit and have the place to myself, and I’ve come to terms with that I guess. The free time is nice but I’d honestly be just fine with working more – the payoff however isn’t there because of how completely out of reach home ownership is without a debt load which is courting disaster.

I love the Welcome Back Home CR7 signature shirtof silliness and absolute scary. Some movies lean more in one or the other direction which is fine but I really love it when you can laugh about the monster or whatever but you’re still scared shitless whenever something happens. To me that makes it more realistic, sort of, because in real life silly stuff happens all the time mixed in with the bad or scary.I think a lot of people laugh so they don’t have to show fear. He gets scared of something so you laugh at it so no one sees you looking scared. What’s annoying is when they boast about it! You’re not stronger or better than someone else just because you found a way to mask your fear. Most of us watch horror movies because we want to be scared! We want to feel that fear in an environment that’s actually safe for us.
So that’s why I agree with part of what you’re saying, but I’d phrase it more like Welcome Back Home CR7 signature shirt . I think people should be more comfortable with campiness. I think it’s ok to laugh it, even if it’s not supposed to be funny, but it feels a bit disingenuous. When people talk about “guilty pleasures” or “it’s so bad it’s good”, I can’t help but think that that’s kinda… cowardly? Like, why can’t we just enjoy things genuinely? Why do we need to have some veil of “irony” or just general separation from the media? People make media to connect with others,. Why do we feel such a strong desire to put up a barrier between us and the creator? Can’t we just genuinely enjoy things that are entertaining simply for the sake of liking it? Why does it have to give us something in return.
