I would like Sheriff Badge Kids Sheriff Star Badge Junior Deputy T shirt per year with inflation and wages increasing 3 percent or more. Effectively this would mean a 4 to 8 percent drop yearly which wouldn’t take long to normalize prices.I don’t think this will happen though, the situation we had 30 years ago was as unique as the prosperity experienced by boomers post world war 2. If you look at every other city in the world the only one with semi affordable housing is tokyo but Japan has a lot more construction and low or no growth.

So you can certainly say, “Well, Sheriff Badge Kids Sheriff Star Badge Junior Deputy T shirt can change!” Sure. The American people could, at some point in the future, choose to amend the Constitution to grant the states the right to secede, or grant universal consent to a state to leave the Union. But it’s really important to understand how massively huge and dramatic a change this would be from the current legal, constitutional and political culture of the United States. It is no more and no less realistic to say that the people of the United States could someday choose to allow secession as it is to say that the people of the United States could someday choose to have a King. The people, as the ultimate sovereigns, could in fact amend the Constitution to establish a monarchy (thereby surrendering their sovereignty to a single individual.) This is something that technically CAN happen. Since I can’t see the future, I cannot say, definitively, that this will NEVER happen.
Conversely I find it strange how people can be legitimately afraid of a movie. A jump scare might cause me to flinch or exhale some air from my nose but getting scared from media is strange to me. Which is weird because as a kid I was terrified of scary movies, video games, or just generally anything scary. When I grew up life just stopped being scary if that makes sense. The only time in my adult life I’ve felt genuine fear was when I had sleep paralysis and that is a fear unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in my life and hope to never experience again.
