I usually discard my notes, but two Keep it og black shirt havealways made it imperative to save notes. And I will do the same thing for every language class I ever take. My thoughts: English/Language Arts Class – Well, I speak and write in English everyday. I have a casual writing style and a formal one. I am using the casual one right now. If I did, for some odd reason, suddenly forget an aspect of English grammar, I could quickly remember it. Math – I love math, but as far as notes go, I find online sources such as Purplemath or a simple Google search more helpful than anything I do in class. Perhaps I will regret this when the dark ages come. U.S. History/World Studies – This is going to sound terrible, but if what I learned in History really mattered to me, I have a book on my shelf about it. Certain events stick. What doesn’t stick? Exact numbers on soldier death counts in major wars. The name of every single person who was a cabinet member. A chronological account of a major event with over forty different parts that I had to put in order in the ninth grade.

i am not sure it is the same in all businesses but I have found that #1 is to rember the “Golden Rule” treat them like YOU would like to be treated. It will not work with everybody but my suggestion is to get rid of those who don’t. It sometimes takes a while to assemble a team that will be good for your business. Being the smartest or the most educated means very little to me. How they do their job and attitude with work and people is most important to me. another point is to reward them for their good work! Without good people your business is dead in the water without this . If they leave you for more money you have to train someone AND look for someone that fits. Pay them well, treat them well, don’t play favorites, be even handed in praise and or correction and you will be successful as well as have great people working for you. Share the pie, remember you would have none without them. I suppose this works because I have employees that have been with me 20 years. They become much like family and if you treat them this way most will recpricate it. If they don’t get rid of them!
